Schering asked us to ‘approach it differently’, when the company wanted to organise a teambuilding event as part of the annual staff meeting.

Oplossing

After analysis, Comith proposed that the staff should be allowed to choose from five very different activities – something for everyone. By building all the activities around one theme – ‘Brussels, the great unknown’ – there was sufficient coherence.
