To devise a concept for addressing target groups – SMEs, the professions and local authorities in the Walloon provinces in Belgium – that were hard for Oracle to reach until now.
Oplossing
After analysis it appeared that the message was not strong enough, rationally or emotionally, and that the available budget was too low for an optimum result.
